Art has also held Executive Positions in numerous tech and advisory start-ups through to successful acquisition. He holds a BA in Philosophy (cum Laude) and Masters Studies in Systems and Cognitive Theory from Hofstra University. He is a frequent contributor and speaker in Industry and on-line forums.

Founded Rivermeadow Software with a SaaS solution for cloud onboarding and migration. 27+ year career spanning roles in the Enterprises, Financial, and Telecommunications industry. Sanjay holds an MBA in Private Equity and Entrepreneurship from Babson College (Magna Cum Laude), MS in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan (Suma Cum Laude), and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Jeff Sharer, JD
Head of Risk and Insurance
Jeff has over 20 years of Advisory and Enterprise Leadership experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Strategic Operational initiatives, in the Financial Services Industry. Recently as Practice Leader at EY in the Digital Enterprise Transformation Advisory, previous to that as Global Enterprise Risk Manager for Willis Towers Watson, where Jeff engaged in strategic initiatives in his role as Engagement Client Leader for Tech Transformations and Coordinator of Enterprise Risk Committee and Risk Management Program. Before that he was MD at Marsh, where he participated in restructuring Risk Framework to meet UK guidelines and as VP at Goldman Sachs, he served as an Officer of Goldman Sachs Risk Advisory for seven years. He received his JD from Elizabeth Haub School of Law Pace University and his BA from Moravian College.
